We believe that the florals are the icing on the cake and bring the rest of your wedding design together. We love creating artful and natural bouquets, unique installations, garlands and combining them with a vintage vessel and other exquisite details to complete the setting
Let's talk floral! Weddings are fun and we want you to be well prepared. Starting with a consultation followed by a questionnaire. We will help define your vision to create a cohesive look and feel for the overall floral design. Bring inspiration photos whether their from magazines or Pinterest and expect about an hour meeting where we discuss all your floral loves and ideas. We will create a mood board and a custom proposal for you and we will be available to communicate with you throughout the entire process.
Because every event is unique, our investment is based on the elements you chose to incorporate in your designs. Within a couple days of our meeting, we will send a detailed proposal that includes bloom selection, color palette, rental décor, delivery, set-up and tear-down fees. Investment of 4000.
Custom installations vary greatly depending on flower types, design and scale. Once we've completed our on-site consultation, we will be able to provide a complete design plan and pricing for any installations.
DELIVERY/SET-UP and TEAR DOWN
Our delivery and set-up fees are dependent on the amount of time and the number of Vella Nest Floral design staff members that will be needed to nail your floral vision for your big day! Other considerations like travel time, room flips, etc. can impact time. Tear-down fees are additional and will also depend on time and location. Our delivery/set-up rate starts at $150/hour and late night tear down fees start at $200/hour.
We have a curated assortment of vessels, candles, floral stands, etc. that are available for rent. We also have sources for vessels and candles if our current inventory does not fit your vision. The price of rental items like vases, candles and votives can also be discussed during the consultation process.
A 25% non-refundable retainer is required to reserve your date. The remaining balance is due no later than 1 month before the event date.
Your big day is almost here! 30 days prior --we will be in contact to see if any final changes are needed. We will also request a copy of the timeline for our production team to make your big day a success!
