Phase One | Vella Nest Floral Design Consultation – Custom Wedding & Event Florals
The first step in hiring the Vella Nest Floral Designs team for your luxury wedding flowers or event floral styling is to complete our wedding floral inquiry form. This form provides a detailed outline of your guest count, venue location, and floral design preferences, helping us tailor a custom floral proposal to your needs.
Once submitted, you will receive a welcome letter with additional details to prepare you for the next steps in your wedding floral consultation. A member of the Vella Nest Floral team will personally reach out to answer any questions, assist with scheduling, and ensure a seamless planning experience for your wedding or event.
Phase two | Luxury Wedding & Event Floral Consultations – Vella Nest Floral
Consultations for custom wedding floral design and event florals are held at our Dallas-Fort Worth floral design studio. If scheduling or location prevents an in-person visit, we are happy to continue the process via email or phone consultation.
Once a wedding floral consultation is scheduled—either in person or virtually—you will receive a pre-consultation form to outline guest count, floral style preferences, and event details. This allows us to prepare for your consultation, where we present an initial design board and custom floral proposal tailored to your vision.
During our one-hour wedding consultation, you will personally meet with Alexandra, an expert in luxury floral arrangements and bespoke event design. She will listen, offer creative suggestions, and gain an in-depth understanding of how we can bring your dream floral event to life.
One to two weeks after the consultation, you will receive a finalized floral design board, detailed wedding proposal, and custom floral contract to move forward with creating your luxurious wedding floral designs.


Phase three | Floral Booking Process – Secure Your Luxury Wedding & Event Florals
After reviewing your custom floral design board and detailed wedding proposal, it’s time to officially book your wedding floral services with Vella Nest Floral Designs. To confirm your event, we require a signed floral design contract along with the retainer payment outlined in your agreement.
We recommend securing your date as soon as possible, as we book wedding floral services and custom event florals nine to twelve months in advance. The only way to guarantee your wedding or event date is by completing this booking process.
Final Wedding Floral Consultation – Custom Floral Design Completion
Once your wedding floral design is officially booked, you will receive a payment schedule and your final consultation date. These details, including floral pricing, will be outlined in your custom floral contract to ensure a seamless planning experience.
During the final floral consultation, we will finalize guest count, venue floral arrangements, and any miscellaneous floral details to perfect your luxury wedding flowers or event floral décor. At the conclusion of this consultation, your final payment will be due, as all design revisions will be completed.
*Additional consultations requested by the client will incur a $100 fee.
Any “Mockup” or “Samples” requested will be charged based on the pricing listed in the client’s proposal.
